- Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, certain hair products (like opened bottles, used tools, or brushes) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the product was defective or we made an error.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
